Named after the strips and shards of bark that fold from the blue gums that dot the Barossa landscape, this authentic lavosh is hand cut and rolled so that each one forms a random, natural shape. They are made using all-natural ingredients, without preservatives and are yeast free.
Barb and her husband Scott make five flavours of Barossa Bark, working from their purpose-built kitchen together each day. Every batch of bark is made with all-natural ingredients and is preservative and yeast free. This is one of our favourite flatbread to pair with cheese.
When putting a platter together with Barossa Bark, Barb highly encourages resisting the temptation to break the crisp bread, instead leaving it whole so that your guests can enjoy the experience. It’s breaking bread the Barossa way!

Something Else You Should Know
We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
