These delicious gingerbread chocolate heart shape cookies with honey are made by The Confectionery Kopernik Torun factory, one of the oldest producers of Gingerbread cookies in Poland and Europe. It is only the only business that continues the tradition of baking Gingerbread cakes, known in the city of Torun for a dozen centuries.
Kopernik Torun always makes a curated selection of ingredients according to traditional recipes passed down through generations by their Master Bakers.
Key Ingredients:
Wheat, flour, chocolate (26%), sugar, rye flour, honey (4%), colour (caramel), raising agent, potato starch, spices, salt, and acidity regulator.
It contains Soy, wheat, and rye. may contain milk, eggs, peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecan nuts, walnuts and sesame seeds.

We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
