Hailing from Trapani on the north-west coast of Sicily, the Ravidà family history can be traced back as early as the fourteenth century.
They carefully monitor the quality of their olives at every stage of picking, production and storage. This allows them to maintain low oxidation with an average level of acidity of around 0,1% (maximum range for extra virgin being 0,8%), low peroxides and high polyphenols chemical values that show the quality of an extra virgin olive oil.
This oil is produced with organic White Zagara lemons and Biancolilla olives, RAVIDA Lemon extra virgin olive oil captures all the fragrance of Mediterranean lemons.
Try its intense aroma on a fish fillet, on smoked salmon, on a green leaf salad with the addition of toasted pine nuts and lemon zest, on a plain beef tartare with fresh white truffles, on a beef or chicken stew, on steamed greens and soups or simply mixed with parmesan cheese for a last minute pasta

We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
