Hailing from Trapani on the north-west coast of Sicily, the Ravidà family history can be traced back as early as the fourteenth century.
They carefully monitor the quality of their olives at every stage of picking, production and storage. This allows them to maintain low oxidation with an average level of acidity of around 0,1% (maximum range for extra virgin being 0,8%), low peroxides and high polyphenols chemical values that show the quality of an extra virgin olive oil.
This oil is produced with organically grown Nocellara mandarins and Biancolilla olives, RAVIDA MANDARIN OLIVE OIL captures all the fragrance of Mediterranean mandarins.
Try its enthralling aroma on white fish fillet, on a green leaf salad with the addition of orange zest, on a home made mayonnaise and shrimps. Add it to soy sauce for sushi and sashimi

We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
